Inspired by a mindfulness event with the Work on Climate community, this resource list was made by Kamille Johnson and Ethan Roday.

Burnout in climate work is real. Creating intentional time to restore and recenter can help us continue our work in a sustainable way. As engineers in the climate tech space, we know first-hand how taxing this work can be, both personally and professionally. We put this list together in response to seeing an opportunity for mindfulness practices to help us stay grounded in the challenging work that the climate crisis demands.
